Winter Update #5 The Doctor is in, and he's brought some back up!!

UH OH! Looks like Sonic's got some trouble on the way!

After his defeat on the Miracle Planet (Sonic CD), Eggman's back with an all new plan!

But wait? What's Metal Sonic doing here, when he's already been defeated!? Why is Eggman sending him after Sonic so soon? What's this space fortress Eggman is hiding? How does all of this make any chronological sense!? 

Haha we can assure that all of these questions and more will be answered in the movie!

Winter Update #3 Sonic Lost Poster

We're a little late, but Happy New Year Everybody! 

Hope you all are excited! We're that much closer to finally unveiling Sonic Prologue!

In a few months we'll be able to narrow down a more specific time when the film will come out this year, but as for now let's go to a time where we had no idea at all!

Back in June last year, Sonic's birthday was coming up and we felt that is was time to finally reveal to the world our plans to make this thing happen. Chris and I discussed a lot of how we should announce the movie's making, but more importantly we discussed release times. Sonic fan film projects in particular, are unfortunately infamous for spearheading release dates, simply because it would be the perfect ideal time, like June 23rd, Sonic's anniversary or some time in the Summer. However when it comes time to release these projects, little is shown in terms of a final product on the date promised. Production for Sonic Prologue was only a month in and we had no idea when to expect it. So after long talks, we finally agreed on ending our teaser/announcement trailer on the phrase:

"Now in Development"

It was a good way to kinda tell that nothing was written in stone, even the correct year as to when the movie would be completed. Also we wouldn't have to deal with disappointing many of you from not meeting deadlines that we would just be pulling out of our hats. You can see the announcement trailer here, if you haven't already. 

This was all well and good, but there's one piece of content we didn't release at that time. 

And it's this:

An additional movie poster was created by Chris, to further promote the movie's announcement along with the trailer. Production was moving so quickly and so many things were happening that we sort of forgot this was made. Not to mention, this blog didn't exist yet, so we had no place to put it. But here it is for you all to see! See you guys next week for another update!

Winter Update #1 (and 2) Some Friends for the Holidays

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
As promised, our Winter Updating spree begins today!
But as a special gift from all of us we're giving you two updates instead of one, because we love you! We here on the Sonic Prologue Development Team present to you Sonic's close friends:

That's right! Amy and Knuckles are going to make an appearance in the movie! Voice Actress, Jennifer Ferguson  a.k.a. Koka-the-Cat is playing the role of the beautiful, hammer wielding, tough girl, Amy Rose! I myself am going to play the role of the Lego shoed, fist of fury himself, Knuckles the Echidna!

As our second update, we're getting an original score!

Internet musician, Tuberz McGee has recently expressed an interest in developing an original score for Sonic Prologue! Curious to hear his work if you haven't already? Check out the OCremix album: Temporal Duality, a musical tribute to the anniversary of Sonic CD!

Tuberz McGee produced 3 tracks on the album and they're fantastic!

New Updates Speedin' This Winter!

Hey there everyone, long time no see! We've been working EXTREMELY hard on Sonic Prologue over the past couple of months, since our last update! We're not quite done yet and still have a TON of work to do. However, I'm pleased to announce that this winter, we're going to be releasing an enormous amount of content and updates for you all to enjoy! 

We've got jaw dropping screenshots, new announcements, behind the scenes secrets and more coming! 

Including exclusive artwork for the movie created by Thomas Stewart, better known as "Mintenndo" on his deviantART account!

It won't be too long now until we start our updating spree, so keep a close eye out! ;)
